Welcome to the Corby Learning Partnership website
We hope that you will enjoy reading about our latest events and initiatives.
Corby Learning Partnership is a town wide collaborative of local learning communities working together to raise aspiration, well-being and achievement in every child and young person in the area.
These communities include: primary and secondary schools, children’s centres, colleges and training providers. Key partners include: Corby Borough Council, Corby Community Partnerships and Northamptonshire County Council.
Ethos:
The partnership endorses an attitude of inclusion, equality and shared responsibility. Responding to local need, every child matters in Corby and all those in the Partnership demonstrate a shared understanding and commitment though active collaboration.
Structure:
Learning Communities are arranged in four clusters, with a secondary school in each cluster. Clusters focus on joint working to improve the well-being of children and young people, both in their own communities and across the town.
The Partnership is responsible for the education of every child and young person in Corby. It seeks to provide impact through additional learning and developmental opportunities for children, young people, families and learning community staff based on the values of Every Child Matters.
